Pennie E. Bucilla LPC., R.N., B.N., L.L.B., M.A.(Ed),M.A.(Psych)
Pennie graduated from nursing school in 1987 and has worked in the neonatal
intensive care unit, in an acute and chronic dialysis unit, and in a university transplant
program. She received a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1993.
In 1997 Pennie completed a Bachelor of Laws degree and in 2002 she completed a
Master of Arts in Education .
Pennie received a second masters degree in 2007 when she completed a Master of
Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services.
Her vast educational, professional and personal experience provides an exceptional
experience and foundation from which she works.
You will find her to be an open, non-judgmental, and pleasant person to speak to. She
has a fun sense of humor and strong belief in the value of humor in health generally.
Her down to earth and common sense approach makes talking with her both easy and
